Has anybody here performed a forging oder high displacement forming operation in calculix?
I am wondering if a simulation like thread rolling or similar kind of coldforging is possible to simulate with calculix?
If so, what would be the workflow like?

Well i think about doing a threadforming operation via PrePoMax
The challenging part in my eye would be the contacts definition and the solversettings.
I am not sure if Calculix is proven for this.
Would be glad if sombody has a similar example i can follow on.
