*TRANSFORM and stress in local coordinate system issue?

Is there a bug in requesting stresses in the local coordinate system using a *TRANSFORM card.

I can get the displacements in GLOBAL or LOCAL coordinate system but not the stresses.

The example is a spinning disc with a *TRANSFROM to cylindrical coordinate system for radial , tangential and axial stresses. However the GLOBAL=NO has no effect on resulting stress output which looks to be always in the global system. It appears to work correctly for the displacements.

*TRANSFORM is just for BCs and loads input. If you want to get stresses in a local CSYS, you should use *ORIENTATION.
