For some reason can’t compile the latest version of ccx2.23 and cannot run existing binary due to luck of libgfortran.so.4. Gfortran-7 also cannot be installed easily. Can someone share statically linked ccx? I have compiled one before till the version 2.20. https://sourceforge.net/projects/calculixforwin/
