Is possible on ccx simulate simple powder sintering ?
Id’like create a simple simulation of powder sintering for example cement or similar.

Abaqus has built-in functionalities for additive manufacturing process simulations but in CalculiX you would have to use subroutines. Mainly to simulate phase changes but also for moving heat sources and element activation if you want to account for such stuff.

Yes, it is possible- I found this publication: Evolving Material Porosity on an Additive Manufacturing Simulation. However, as mentioned by @Calc_em, you would need to use user-defined subroutines.
Are there some inp exampl file?
