at the moment, i put on a first calc. the deformation on my model,
send out the deformed mesh and use it in a separated second calc.
with the new results.
seems you need to modeling an imperfection models using distorted mesh from previous results. in the past i have similar problems and it has been answered by @klaus.wittig at Yahoo group.
actually it can not be done with single inp files, you need to do separated analysis and mesh input files. perform first analysis you may consider to use as distorted mesh, view these results with scaling to match as you desired. next, save these mesh in Abaqus format by using send command in prompt. after all, re-run second analysis using distorted mesh were previously saved.
n.b compared to an example links you cite above (M. Kraska) it has some differences in initial stress from first running. using saved imperfection or distorted mesh files are in unstressed conditions.
also, i seek another solution for similar conditions. is on residual stress definition, using initial condition type stress will produce bowing deformation. may someone who experiences can give a hints?

i have no problem to use two single calc.
one for sending the deformed mehs,
and another for doing the non-linear geo and material calc.
