There is an option such as surface stress for elements in the Ansys program. Surface stress is a type of stress calculated by turning off the extrapolation of Gauss points. His theory is explained below.

This page requires login. But you could try putting a layer of membrane/shell elements on top of your solid model to obtain more accurate stress results. That’s a common approach in other software, including Abaqus.
