Monitor dynamic step

Is there a way to monitor the dynamic step?
There is not really a console output after an increment or any output in the .cvg or .sta file.

I only start getting console outputs when the contact begins.

You need to request for the ENER output. Then the energy balance progress is reported in the monitor.

There is an issue about that in the ccx repository: Status file output in explicit dynamics · Issue #58 · Dhondtguido/CalculiX · GitHub

Even though workaround is available, it would be nice to have it implemented like in Abaqus (as mentioned in the issue description).

@Calc_em Yes a real status update would be really good.
