I’d like to understand if it’s possible to perform in Prepomax/Calculix a dynamic stress analysis imposing a Displacement/Velocity/Acceleration Excitation in frequency on a specific node of a component.

Yes, this is called steady-state dynamics and is available in CalculiX and PrePoMax. For a prescribed boundary condition in this type of analysis, you should use the *BASE MOTION feature. It’s not yet supported in PrePoMax but you can use the Keyword Editor to define it.
