But significant features are planned in FEM Workbench.

Do you need a calculix feature in freecad? not an issue in freecad GitHub? than an issue should be done! Developers will prioritize your issue in the Roadmap.

FreeCAD 1.2 is in Development and release notes are in progress:

The support of calculix with new features will be extended mostly with electric features and new examples.

FreeCAD changes numbering in Releases.

Next Version is 26.3 instead of 1.2.

FreeCAD 1.1.2 available with bugfix, security fixes and backports from 26.3.

So FreeCAD 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 user should update to 1.1.2.

A hot fix to 1.1.2 introduces 1.1.3.

Version 1.1.2 is now and in future not available at GitHub.

All users should update to 1.1.3 to use this hot fix and prevent unnecessary errors here.
