GAPUNI elements (so basically nonlinear springs with special definition) can be used to model contact in one direction with possibility for compression-only or tension-only behavior. Abaqus offers additional types of GAP elements, CalculiX supports only GAPUNI ones.
In addition to discussion, seems a Gap element in CalculiX and Abaqus is slightly different, but may be only minor to previous version.
Abaqus input format,
*ELSET Set this parameter equal to the name of the element set containing the GAP-type contact elements for which properties are being defined.
Data line for GAPUNI and GAPUNIT elements:
*initial clearance, d. If the remaining fields are omitted or specified as zero, the contact direction will be computed from the nodal coordinates.
*Global X-direction cosine of the contact direction.
*Global Y-direction cosine of the contact direction.
*Global Z-direction cosine of the contact direction.
*Element cross-sectional area.
CalculiX input format,
(Version 2.7)
(Version 2.18)
CalculiX implementation took advantages of spring stiffness adjustment, given the possibility the user to setting.
Contact with pressure but without shearing forces sounds like frictionless sliding contact. Maybe this is what you are looking for: *TIE for only 1 DoF - #7 by OliverKunc
