Calculation of Shear and Normal Forces on a Cylindrical Contact Surface

I’m going to lose my mind. Even though I added CFN and CFS to the output side, I cannot see the forces in the .dat file. Did you add CFN and CFS only to the *Contact print section of the model I sent? Any chance you can post the model?

I added CFN and CFS to *Contact print in your original .inp file (discourse_contact.inp), submitted using standalone ccx 2.21 and the forces are there (3 tables as discussed above).

*Contact print, Totals=Yes, Master=Surface-1, Slave=Surface-2

The issue has been resolved. The solver version was stuck at 2.12, so it didn’t write the results to the .dat file. Thank you for your support! @Calc_em @Disla
