I have a simulation constraint defined as follows:

1.The bottom face is fixed.
2.The temperature of the bottom face is set to 353K.
3.The initial temperature for all faces is 323K.
4.Heat flux and ambient temperature are specified as 20W/m^2K and 323K, respectively.
5.The thermal expansion coefficients are given as -0.0032204, -0.0014441, -0.0134487.
6.The material being used is steel with a Young’s Modulus of 200 GPa and a Poisson’s ratio of 0.3.

Be careful with values and units. For example, you have Young’s modulus in MPa but the film coefficient is in W/m^2*K. Check the conversions from K to degC too. The initial temperature seems incorrect.

@Calc_em could you please tell what would be the correct conditions for initial temperature, I’m not able to understand that

323 K = 49.85 °C, not 79.85 °C:

Also, you shouldn’t use the *TEMPERATURE keyword if you just want to apply a temperature boundary condition. Use *BOUNDARY with 11th DOF for that. *TEMPERATURE is meant for analyses without thermal DOFs (purely mechanical) were you prescribe the value of temperature to be used by thermal expansion and other material properties.
