ARPACK, PATCH, PARPACK, and PPATCH

Getting started

I have been trying to install the arpack, patch, parpack, and ppatch software. It doesn’t exist anymore at Rice Uni. I chased it down to the way back machine and they just referred back to the caam.ride.edu which no longer has it.

Would Wannier90 work as a substitute and how do I connect it with ccx_2.23?

I need to get this software going fast to solve a problem otherwise I won’t get paid any money.
