How I can show permanent deformation of a beam without force?

Do you mean permanent deformation under self-weight of the structure ? Or prescribed displacement instead of applied force ?

when in a beam the force exceeds the yield point I will have a residual deformation without load.

If you want to remove the load and check the residual stresses/strains, you can divide the analysis into multiple steps and disable the load in the last one. Or use *Amplitude to control the time variation of the load.

if i have no load, you’ll have no deformation with statical analysis,
but with exceeding the yield point, force will remain constant or less with deformation!?

for showing equivalent creep strain !?

add a step removing the applied load, the final deformation will be the permanent deformation if yield point was achieved and material has plastic behaviour.

In addition to what others have said, I think you need at least one more point in the *PLASTIC card to define the slope of the stress-strain curve after yield. Like maybe:

*Plastic
900,0
1000, 0.01

or whatever the material behaves like.
