Mohr-Coulomb material divergence far below limit

hi, i try reproduced a case of slope stability from Plaxis 2D and OpenGeoSys example. However, solver is divergences early at self-weight and last increment result shown far below limit value. Maybe i miss something, any hints and suggestion? Thank you

after correcting poisson ratio (0.3) and dilatancy angle (13.0deg) still have problem in divergences

well, i checked again and it seems the problem cause of boundary condition at the bottom (dx=dy=0)

apply strength reduction, CalculiX result shown little bit lower.
