How can I export MASS and STIFFNESS matrices in Calculix for a *Dynamic calculation?

Use *FREQUENCY, SOLVER=MATRIXSTORAGE - that will output the mass and stiffness matrices and a coordinate list file that you can use to determine the entries of various nodes and DoFs.
