I’m not sure, I can help you. With reference to Fortran, C and Make, I’m not aware any statement named as “Blockquote”  
I even don’t know where it should be used other than I have seen it sometime in different html code

Apologies for the late reply, I have managed to solve the problem, and tbh I dont know how, but it just worked
