Hello everyone,
it’s been a couple of weeks that I’ve been trying to compile CalculiX with the PaStiX solver using CUDA.
All the dependencies were resolved successfully, but when running CMake for PaStiX, I encountered this error:

CMake Error at cmake\_modules/morse\_cmake/modules/find/LibrariesAbsolutePath.cmake:59 (message):
**Dependency of CUDA\_LIBRARIES ‘Threads::Threads’ NOT FOUND**
Call Stack (most recent call first):
cmake\_modules/morse\_cmake/modules/find/FindPARSEC.cmake:211 (libraries\_absolute\_path)
CMakeLists.txt:365 (find\_package)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Alex

I was able to compile all the dependancies, but I can not compile the:
**libpastix\_parsec.a**
library.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried this?

> [@PaStiX4CalculiX: Dependency of CUDA\_LIBRARIES 'Threads::Threads' NOT FOUND](https://calculix.discourse.group/t/pastix4calculix-dependency-of-cuda-libraries-threads-threads-not-found/967/5):

> Update: To test, what is the reason for this error, I made a modification in the make\_pastix.sh file and set the option -DPASTIX\_WITH\_PARSEC to OFF. Even though an error that the file parsec.h cannot be found is printed, the compilation seems to run a lot farther. Is therefore something wrong with parsec? As I mentioned before, parsec actually seemed to compile just fine.

But compiling PaStiX without PaRSEC will not create the libpastix\_parsec.a and that lib is require by CalculiX when you want to use the PaStiX solver. Is it right?
